If in any case wrong or broken products are sent to customers, we process returns and exchanges as long as reports have been done in no less than 48 hours after delivery.

Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges 

If an exchange is preferred, shipping costs are complimentary.

Your favorites only want to make you feel better, return the favor by taking care of them. They can last a long life cycle if we take care of them very well. We would love to be of help while you do that.

When your intimate has worn off, threads ran over, has incurred a tear, bacon garters, or doesn't fit well anymore, you don't have to toss it right away or shove it into the deepest darkest parts of your closets. Else, shoot us a message and we'll do alterations and repairs for you!
