Content Creator - Metro Manila
Part Time  (Can come to the studio 2-3x a week)

 

We’re looking for a content creator to join our team at AHON. In this role, you will produce compelling, brand-aligned content that tells the story of Ahon. This role involves creating engaging digital media, including but not limited to TikTok and Instagram posts, blog articles, product photography, videos, and email campaigns. You'll also capture behind-the-scenes moments from shoots and interviews, using our photography and lighting tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, a eye for visual engaging aesthetics, and the ability to craft messages that resonate with our community. We're looking for someone who’s comfortable with technology and can help shape our content to align with our brand's voice and vision.

The role is based in our Quezon City HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating content for our digital platforms (Instagram, Reels, Stories, Facebook, Tik Tok)
  • Creating visual content for our website,  EDMs
  • Managing the social media schedule and roll out of content with relevant copy
  • Growing followers and increasing engagement on our social media channels
  • Maintaining a consistent tone of voice with our brand guidelines in mind
  • Keeping up to date with SEO trends & Google/Social algorithm changes. 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a social media focussed role is necessary, fashion based experience is desirable
  • Graphic Design (Using Illustrator & InDesign) 
  • Photography / Videography experience 
  • A passion for marketing and a creative mind is essential
  • Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Administration Assistant - Metro Manila
Part Time   (Can come to the studio 3-4x a week)

We are looking to hire a dynamic assistant secretary to join our company's administrative department. In this role, your duties will include organizing the daily tasks of management, maintaining communication with customers and suppliers, and ensuring that the admin office runs smoothly.

To be successful as an assistant secretary , you should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively solve any office-related issue. Ultimately, a top-notch assistant secretary  should have strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when working with office accounts or customer queries.

The role is based in our Quezon City HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the administrative department with clerical duties, such as organizing work schedules.
  • Processing work orders, organizing invoices, and assisting admin staff with payroll.
  • Performing office duties, such as answering phones, liaising with clients/suppliers, or running errands. 
  • Scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and attending meetings to record minutes. 
  • Managing daily office operations and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Assisting in shoots and content creation activities.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in office management, business, or a similar field /  fashion based experience is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of office management software, such as Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Suite, and MS Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of management policies and office procedures.
  • Excellent managerial skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Intern - Metro Manila
Part Time   (Can come to the studio 2-3x a week)

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data, and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes.

To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

The role is based in our Quezon City HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Performing research at a supervisor's request.
  • Updating social media platforms and writing copy for posts.
  • Creating images for social media posts.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A final year student or recent graduate.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or the like
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Cope well under pressure.
